Terms of Use

These are the simple rules for using Bloomi with your family.

1Using Bloomi

Bloomi is for families. You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. You are responsible for how the children in your family use Bloomi.

2Your account

Give true information and keep your sign-in details and parent PIN private. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else got into your account.

3Rewards are virtual

Coins, stars, points, hearts and items are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred, and may change: for example, which games are open, or what things cost, can be updated.

4What you write

Ratings, notes and replies are yours. Please do not put other people’s sensitive information in them. We do not read them as a routine; children cannot send messages to anyone except their own parent.

5Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy Bloomi, to get coins in ways the app does not offer, or to use it for anything unlawful.

6Our work

The art, characters, games and software of Bloomi belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to enjoy Bloomi with your family, not to copy or sell.

7Changes and availability

Bloomi is provided as it is. We may add, change or remove features, and the service can be unavailable from time to time.

8Not professional advice

Bloomi is a tool for family routines and play. It is not medical, psychological or educational advice.

9Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

11Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and using Bloomi after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: Tamim Studio, [email protected]. Last updated: 2026-10-07.
